About Us

We’re a club dedicated to bringing chess to Utah State. Our goal is to provide the means and a group of people to get together to play chess. We also provide a place to play and we’re willing to teach anyone as needed. There’s no fee of any kind to join, and we provide all the necessities for the game. Whether you’re an avid chess player, someone who just wants to play chess for fun with a group of great people, or a beginner who knows nothing about chess, chess club is the place to be!

We meet every Thursday at five. Places vary by week. Sometimes we’ll have competitions with the school, which take place on Saturdays.
